Ingredients

  1. 1 Loaf Rhodes White Bread or 12 Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 cups broccoli florets, microwaved for 1 minute
    10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 small can sliced olives
    salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Roll loaf or combined rolls into a 10x14-inch rectangle.

  3. Place in a 9x13-inch sprayed pan.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove wrap.

  6. Press dough down with fingers to form a dimpled surface.

  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.

  8. Spread mozzarella cheese, broccoli, tomato, mushrooms and olives over the dough.

  9. Top with salt and pepper.

  10. Bake at 350°F 20-30 minutes.
